AR Recovery Agent, e-commerce and D2C businesses in the US and UAE: it reads aged receivables, drafts follow-ups by customer segment, sends them by email and WhatsApp, logs the replies and escalates disputed invoices to a person. DSO came down 30–40%, releasing working capital without adding headcount. Insurance Agency Pipeline, a mid-market broker in Norway: lead from the web form, enriched, routed to a producer, quoted, bound and added to the renewal calendar, with AI handling qualification and document extraction. No lead waits on manual handling.
