NAV Operations Suite, fund administration at a global investment bank (US): we rebuilt the NAV and fund administration workflow with VBA and Power Query for trade, cash and position reconciliations, plus a Power BI view across the cycle. Month-end close went from 10 days to 2. Zoho Migration Engine, a multi-entity business expanding from India to the UAE: three years of history moved, the chart of accounts remapped, multi-currency balances reconciled with FX revaluation, and parallel Ind AS and IFRS books set up. Balances tied out on day one.
